ABOUT PETE’S GARAGE

Since 1938, Pete's Garage has been keeping Danvers and the North Shore safe on the road.    We are still a hometown shop — the kind of garage where you call and an actual person picks up the phone, and where you can talk directly with the technician working on your car.

We are proud to offer dealer-quality service with a personal touch. Our team of ASE-certified technicians work on all makes and models, from routine maintenance to more complex repairs, using the same training and standards you would expect from a dealership — without losing the trust and relationships that come from being a family-run, community shop.

Honesty is at the core of how we work. When you bring your vehicle in, we give you a clear, itemized list of what needs attention now and what can reasonably wait — no pressure, no guesswork, just the information you will need to make the right decision for your car and your budget.

In addition to serving individual drivers, we partner with local businesses through fleet service contracts, keeping their vehicles reliable and on schedule.

Pete's Garage has changed hands only twice in its history — we're just the third ownership group since 1999 — a testament to how much care goes into keeping this garage’s standards and reputation intact.

COMMUNITY

Giving back is part of who we are at Pete's Garage. We are proud to support the organizations and causes that make the North Shore a great place to live — from local youth sports and schools to the Danvers YMCA, the Danvers Community Council, and the Community Giving Tree. We support first responders through local Firefighters and Police organizations, and give back to our seniors and veterans, including deployed military members.

We're also proud supporters of organizations doing critical work beyond our town, including   NE ARC, Good Hope, The Community House, Grateful Friends, and Banana Fosters. And we contribute to national causes close to our hearts — Convoy of Hope, the Jimmy Fund, Make-A-Wish, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the American Heart Association.

This is just some of what we support — giving back to the community that's supported us since 1938 is something we don't take lightly.
